Meet Maverick Race, the innovative organisers of trail running events and one of our latest partners.
Maverick organises day and night-time trail events offering multiple route lengths for runners of all abilities.
In 2024, there were more than 20 events in the UK, ranging in distance from 5K to a new ultra 100K on the Jurassic Coast. Maverick also hosts trail camps in international destinations such as France and Morocco.
Directors Ben MacWilliam and Justin Bufton co-founded Maverick in 2013 after many years working in outdoor sports. The company is based in Poole, Dorset, with a staff of five people.
